FAQ
- What counts as one message?
- Every time you send a prompt and the AI replies, that's one message. Dawbrain's own internal tool-use steps don't count against your quota, only the turns you initiate.
- Which DAWs are supported?
- Ableton Live 12 on macOS and Windows. Cross-DAW support (Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase) is planned but not live yet.
- Is my session data private?
- Session context is sent to Anthropic for each request to generate the response. It isn't used to train AI models; Anthropic's API terms forbid that by default. See our privacy policy for full details.
- Do you train on my conversations?
- No. Not us, and not Anthropic under our API plan.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Paid subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period.
- What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
- You'll see a warning in the chat when you're close, and a hard stop once you reach the limit. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
