14-day cooling-off period

Consumer online purchases under Israel's Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981 come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason; email us at billing@dawbrain.com with your Lemon Squeezy order reference.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the app. Access continues through the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for the next cycle.

Refunds beyond 14 days

Refunds outside the 14-day cooling-off period are considered on a case-by-case basis. Reach out at billing@dawbrain.com.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days.
