Acceptable use policy

When using Dawbrain, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful activity or to create unlawful content.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others, or produce content targeting individuals.
• Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or extract internal system prompts or the underlying AI's training data.
• Use Dawbrain's outputs to train competing AI models or datasets.
• Scrape, mirror, or otherwise automate access to the service beyond the rate permitted by your tier.
• Share account credentials or circumvent usage limits (e.g. by running multiple accounts to dodge free-tier caps).
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code of the agent binary beyond what Israeli law explicitly permits.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure, or interfere with other users' access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, especially where the violation is deliberate, repeated, or harmful to other users.
